LEISURE PROGRAMS OF OUR MANSION

FOR ACTIVE RELAXATION
Our mansion features a heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 11m x 4m. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool every day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM from early spring to late autumn.

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO RELAX
Our mansion’s expansive grassy and wooded grounds offer an ideal setting for picnicking. We provide a fully stocked picnic basket and blanket for an additional fee. Please place your order for this service at the reception.

GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES
Next to our outdoor pool and close to the grill terrace, we offer the opportunity to enjoy cooking in a cauldron or roasting bacon over an open fire. All necessary equipment (cauldron, firewood, ingredients, tools) is provided for an additional fee. To make use of this service, we kindly ask you to place your order at the reception.

SIGHTSEEING IN THE TOWN

kállay kúria

The former Kállay mansion was built in 1777 by János Kállay with the Italian master builder Giuseppe Aprilis, who also designed the Nagykálló County Hall. The wavy design of the northern wall and the Bohemian vaulting of the corridor still adorn the building today.
Currently, the Mayor's Office operates in the building.

Healing Buddha Stupa

The Healing Buddha Stupa and Biri Táncsics Complex are worth a visit for all Buddhists and non-Buddhists interested in healing. The shrine dedicated to the Healing Buddha was built on July 11, 2009. The building is located on private property, so prior arrangement is required for the visit.
