For our young guests, we offer free baby cots, high chairs, baby monitors, and bottle warmers, which can be requested at the reception.

Please note that all rooms in our mansion are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and public spaces. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is only allowed in designated areas. Our staff are authorized to remind guests, as well as any other individuals on the mansion premises, to comply with this rule and to cease smoking or using e-cigarettes. We would like to emphasize that if these guidelines are not followed, the mansion will charge a fee of 15,000 HUF for any additional cleaning required.

A wake-up call can be requested through the reception of the Manor. you are kindly requested to request the wake-up call at your own risk, which is a gesture of attentiveness, it is not part of the Manor's service according to the contract. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the failure to receive the requested wake-up call or a delayed wake-up call.

The bathrobe and slippers provided in the rooms are free of charge. If you need a size change, please contact the reception.

Our rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

The mansion offers free wireless internet (WIFI) throughout the entire property. You can easily connect to the internet with your electronic devices. Please select the “Le Til Kuria” WIFI network and enter the password provided to you at check-in by the reception. The mansion does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted WIFI service or availability. The mansion is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest’s device or its contents arising from the use of the WIFI. The service is used at the guest's own risk.

The in-room amenities are included in the room rate, and no additional charge will be applied for the water provided in the room.

Shower caps, cotton swabs, cotton pads, body lotion, and sanitary bags are available upon request at the reception.

The rooms in our Mansion are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature using the control panel located next to the entrance door. The operating instructions can be found directly below the AC panel.

Our rooms feature a fully stocked minibar with a selection of sweet and savory snacks. You can supplement your minibar selection from the 24/7 Maxibar located at the reception.

We are happy to provide pillows with various fillings and firmness levels to ensure a restful night's sleep. Please choose from our pillow menu. selection of different pillow types available; please do not hesitate to contact our reception!

Upon request, breakfast can be served in your room between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please choose from our menu and place your order at the reception. Our breakfast room service is available for a fee of 3,000 HUF per occasion.

Please keep the room keys received upon arrival safe and, if possible, always with you, as you will otherwise be unable to access your room. Please note that it is not advisable to keep the cards near phones, tablets, or other smart devices, as this may lead to the key card needing to be reprogrammed at the reception each time. For security reasons and to prevent crime, it is very important that you never hand over your room key to strangers. Upon departure, please return your room key to the reception; otherwise, a fee of 3,000 HUF per card will be charged..

The safe in the room, in the closet, is available to our guests free of charge. The user manual is in the safe (safe). In case of technical problems, please notify the reception. Please note that the Manor accepts no responsibility for valuables left in the room.

By using our room service, you can order from our bar's drink menu and our restaurant's food menu between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The fee for our room service is 3,000 HUF per occasion.

Daily cleaning in our Mansion is performed between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you do not require cleaning, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign provided and hang it on your door handle. Should you require extra cleaning, please call the reception. A fee of 5,000 HUF per occasion will be charged for extra cleaning services.

Upon request, we provide extra blankets and pillows for our guests. Please contact the reception.

With our turndown service, we prepare your bed for the night and create a cozy atmosphere for a restful sleep during the evening hours (between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM).

In our Mansion, towels and bed linens are changed every three days. If you do not wish for them to be changed, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign provided and hang it on your door handle.

If you require daily linen change, please inform the reception.
Please indicate when towels are to be replaced by placing them on the floor!
