Our mansion rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning units. You can set the temperature in your room using the control panel located next to the entrance door. The user manual can be found directly below the climate control panel. 

The in-room amenities are included in the room rate, and no additional charge will be applied for the water provided in the room.

To order breakfast in your room, please submit the completed order form to the reception by 10:00 PM the evening before. The room service breakfast has a service fee of 2,000 HUF per occasion. 

Please note that all rooms in our mansion are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and public spaces. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is only allowed in designated areas. Our staff are authorized to remind guests, as well as any other individuals on the mansion premises, to comply with this rule and to cease smoking or using e-cigarettes. We would like to emphasize that if these guidelines are not followed, the mansion will charge a fee of 15,000 HUF for any additional cleaning required.

The mansion offers free wireless internet (WIFI) throughout the entire property. You can easily connect to the internet with your electronic devices. Please select the “Le Til Kuria” WIFI network and enter the password provided to you at check-in by the reception. The mansion does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted WIFI service or availability. The mansion is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest’s device or its contents arising from the use of the WIFI. The service is used at the guest's own risk.

The safe in the room, in the closet, is available to our guests free of charge. The user manual is in the safe (safe). In case of technical problems, please notify the reception. Please note that the Manor accepts no responsibility for valuables left in the room.

Please keep the room key card you received at check-in in a safe place and carry it with you at all times, as you will not be able to access your room without it. We kindly ask you not to store the key cards together with phones, tablets, and other smart devices, as this may cause the key card to require reprogramming at the reception. It is very important that you never give your room key to anyone else to avoid any potential security issues. Please return the room key to the reception upon check-out; otherwise, a charge of 2,000 HUF per key will be applied.

If you require a power converter, an adapter/plug for using different electrical connections in Hungary, or fixed/mobile chargers for various electrical (mobile) devices, please contact the reception desk.

A wake-up call can be requested through the reception of the Manor. you are kindly requested to request the wake-up call at your own risk, which is a gesture of attentiveness, it is not part of the Manor's service according to the contract. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the failure to receive the requested wake-up call or a delayed wake-up call.

Upon request, we are happy to provide various pillows with different fillings and firmness for a more restful sleep. Please feel free to choose from our pillow menu and contact the reception for assistance!

For our young guests, we offer free baby cots, high chairs, baby monitors, and bottle warmers, which can be requested at the reception.

The bathrobe and slippers provided in the rooms are free of charge. If you need a size change, please contact the reception.

Our rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Shower caps, cotton swabs, cotton pads, body lotion, and sanitary bags are available upon request at the reception.

Our mansion provides daily cleaning between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please use the "Do Not Disturb" card, which can be hung on the door handle. If you require extra cleaning, please contact the reception. An additional fee of 5,000 HUF per occasion will be charged for extra cleaning services.

At Le Til Kúria, towels and bed linen are changed every three days. If you do not require a change of bed linen and towels, please use the "Do Not Disturb" card, which can be hung on your door handle.
If you wish to have your bed linen changed daily, please notify the reception. To request a towel change, kindly place the towels on the floor.

If you require daily linen change, please inform the reception.
Please indicate when towels are to be replaced by placing them on the floor!
