The forest walk starts from the Ózoon Hotel (Csaló köz 2.)
Nyíregyháza's 371-hectare park forest is a popular place for hikers, with its walking paths, Forest Gymnasium, playground and baking areas, which attracts many people to the outdoors in every season. The Sóstó Forest, between the town and the Sóstó Spa, is the lungs of the town.
Have you ever walked barefoot in the forest?
Try the 2.5 km walk in the Sóstó forest, part of the so-called Kneipp cure. The forest walk is linked to Kneipp hydrotherapy and can be done barefoot in summer. The method has also been used by people living in the town of Birch.
