Medical assistance/medicines/pharmacies

If you feel you need medical attention, please contact our reception staff immediately and they will be happy to help you. A first aid kit is available at reception to treat any minor injuries, however, if the staff consider that this is not sufficient to treat your injury, they will call for professional help. Please also note that the reception does not dispense medication to avoid drug sensitivities/allergies (this includes non-prescription medication!). If you need medication, you can get it from the nearest pharmacy.

Parking

We provide parking spaces on the mansion premises, which are available free of charge. Please note that the mansion is not responsible for any vehicles or valuables left inside the cars.

Bus parking

We offer free bus parking on the mansion premises.

Drinking water

The tap water in our mansion is safe to drink.

Sewer System

Dear guests, we kindly ask that you do not dispose of solid waste (such as wet wipes, fabrics, toilet paper rolls, etc.) in the toilet. Thank you for your understanding!

Environment

As an eco-friendly mansion, we support environmental initiatives. We minimize the use of chemicals and reduce water consumption. We kindly ask you to leave clean towels in place and only place used towels on the floor if you would like them to be changed. Our reception team is also environmentally conscious, and we print as little as possible to help protect trees. However, if needed, photocopying and printing services are available.

Damages

The guest is obliged to use the tools and equipment of the Manor as intended. The guest is obliged to compensate the damage resulting from improper use at the request of the Manor, or at the latest before departure. Furnishings and items of equipment may only be taken out of Le Til Kúria with the prior written permission of the Kúria. Any rearrangement of the room or relocation of furniture may only be carried out by the staff of the Manor or its appointed representative. Taking an accessory without the prior written permission of the Manor is considered a crime, and in this case we will take the necessary criminal and civil legal steps. The guest must report the failure of any device, equipment or equipment of the Manor at the reception. The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or to attempt to correct it. The Manor excludes responsibility for resulting damages.

Technical services

If you notice any technical issues or malfunctions in your room, please notify the reception.

For IT assistance, please contact the reception, and our staff will be happy to help you with any technical needs.

Maintenance

Le Til Kúria will address any maintenance issues that arise. If you notice any faults, please notify the reception. Do not attempt to fix the issue yourself!

Lost and Found Items

The mansion stores and registers lost items in accordance with legal requirements for a period of 3 months. Exceptions include food, liquids, and medications, which are disposed of by the mansion. The rightful owner of the item can request its return or shipping, subject to verification of identity and an additional charge. Items that cannot be stored due to their size, weight, or other characteristics will be immediately handed over to the local notary. For more information, please contact the reception.

Ironing

At our reception, we are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board free of charge, and you can use our ironing service for a fee of HUF 1,500/piece of clothing, which is done by the Kúria within 1 hour (between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.).

Washing and ironing

Our laundry service is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To use the laundry and ironing service, please contact the reception. 

Umbrella

The umbrellas placed in our rooms can be used free of charge, and we also provide them free of charge upon request at the reception.

Shoe cleaning

Our shoe cleaning machine, located next to the main entrance in the main building, is available free of charge, as well as shoe cleaning cloths provided in the rooms. Additionally, a shoe cleaning service is available at the reception for a fee of 1,500 HUF per pair.
Alternatively, a shoe-cleaning service is available at the reception for a fee of 1,500 HUF/pair.

Visitors

If you wish to receive a visitor at the mansion, please notify the reception upon arrival. After 10:00 PM, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.

Toiletries

Toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and shaving foam are available free of charge at the reception upon request.

Sewing kit

A sewing kit is provided in the rooms free of charge for your convenience.

Photocopying and printing

We offer photocopying and printing services at the co-working space on the ground floor of the mansion’s main building for a fee of 100 HUF per page. Please contact the reception for assistance.

Internet equipment/device

If you need a device to access the internet during your stay, we can provide a laptop or tablet upon request. Please contact the reception for assistance.

Communication device

Our mansion can provide a mobile phone for external and internal communication upon request. To request a phone, please contact the reception.
